Article 3 – Application
These general conditions apply to any offer from the entrepreneur and all distance contracts entered into between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
Before the distance contract is entered into, these conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be stated where they can be viewed and that they will be sent free of charge upon request.
If the distance agreement is entered into electronically, these terms will be provided in such a way that the consumer can store them on a durable data carrier.
In case of conflicting terms, the consumer may rely on the provision most favorable to them.
Article 4 – The offer
If an offer has limited validity or special conditions, it will be stated explicitly.
The offer is non-binding. The contractor may change or update the offer.
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. Images represent the products truthfully. Obvious errors do not bind the entrepreneur.
Article 5 – The agreement
The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions. The entrepreneur confirms electronic acceptance immediately.
The entrepreneur ensures secure data transmission when agreements are made electronically.
The entrepreneur may investigate the consumer’s ability to meet payment obligations and may refuse an order based on that investigation.
With delivery, the entrepreneur sends all legally required information such as withdrawal conditions, warranty details, and contact information.
Article 6 – Right of withdrawal
The consumer may cancel the agreement within 14 days after receiving the product. During this period, the consumer handles the product carefully.
Withdrawal must be reported in writing/email within 14 days. The product must be returned within 14 days after notification.
If the consumer does not notify or return the product in time, the purchase becomes final.
Article 7 – Costs in case of cancellation
Return costs are paid by the consumer. Refunds occur within 14 days after withdrawal if the product is returned or proof of return is provided.
Article 8 – Exclusion of right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for products made to consumer specifications, personal items, hygiene items with broken seals, non-returnable products, perishable goods, etc.
Article 9 – The price
Prices will not increase during the validity period of the offer unless due to legal VAT changes.
Products subject to market fluctuation may have variable prices.
All prices are subject to obvious errors; such errors do not bind the entrepreneur.

The entrepreneur guarantees that products meet the agreement and legal requirements.
